A husband-and-wife team whose work is rooted in a shared belief that design should be both idea-driven and deeply personal. Every project begins with curiosity and conversation.
MEET WILL & EMMANUELA

We practice architecture and interiors as one continuous craft. Every project begins the same way — a long conversation about how you actually live: mornings and evenings, guests and quiet, the way a season changes a room — before a single line is drawn.
From there the work unfolds in layers: massing studies that test the site, plans refined around daily rituals, and materials chosen by hand for how they age as much as how they photograph. We stay close to the craft through construction — on-site, in dialogue with builders and makers — until the last detail is resolved.
Will brings a strategic, systems-driven approach to design rooted in clarity, collaboration, and problem-solving. With a background in architecture and construction, he's as comfortable on-site with a builder as he is sketching a concept in the studio. His process is shaped by a deep respect for craft and detail, and a belief that beautiful design emerges when function and form are in harmony.
Will studied Architecture at SCAD and honed his skills working on high-end residential projects across the Northeast before co-founding WE+ with Emmanuela. His work balances rigor and restraint, often guided by materiality, proportion, and the sequencing of space.
Emmanuela leads the design vision for WE+ across both architecture and interiors. With her M.Arch from Parsons, she brings a holistic, cross-disciplinary approach to each project — balancing spatial form, materiality, and lived experience. Her work is deeply influenced by the clarity and warmth of Brazilian modernism.
She approaches design as a layered narrative, considering not just how spaces look but how they feel — how they move, age, and are inhabited over time. As Design Director, she guides projects from concept to completion, ensuring coherence and intention across every detail.
